Orders over $65 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Orders under $65 will be a charged a shipping fee of $8.95 + GST. Express shipping will be charged at $15 + GST.
Our business hours are 8:30am – 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed the next working day.
If you are not home or available to accept the delivery during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to ensure you have provided ‘Authority to leave’. If this is selected at checkout, your parcel will be left in safe place if you are not available to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you uncheck this option, your parcel will require a signature for delivery, and if you are not available to accept the delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this notice.

If there is an error with your order on arrival, or you are dissatisfied with the product in any way please contact us by email at info@lovetea.com.au, and we will do our best to promptly assist you.
If deemed necessary we will process a refund, exchange or replacement upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Love Tea is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Love Tea and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
If you forget to use an issued coupon, gift card or discount code for an order, please email info@lovetea.com.au and we will do our best to assist you. Kindly note, we will not be able to apply a discount code after a purchase has been made, or refund the amount of the coupon, gift card or discount back to your card.
Please email info@lovetea.com.au if your country for shipping isn’t available at checkout with information on the products you are interested in ordering along with your address and we can quote delivery cost and time for you.
Kindly note, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Love Tea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
