Our Honey Spiced Chai is our only blend that is not classed as a vegan product, as it uses locally farmed honey.

Each one of the ingredients in our teas is gluten-free, however, we unfortunately cannot 100% guarantee that there won’t be traces of gluten in our blends. What we can guarantee is that we don’t add any of these contaminants to our products and we do our absolute best to ensure our suppliers and associated supply chain implement best practice to ensure none of these contaminants are present.
Most ingredients used in our blends are low FODMAP herbs, teas and spices. But please take the time to read the ingredients listed for each tea so that you can make sure the ingredients suit your exact dietary requirements. As each individual can tolerate different amounts of certain foods, it is best to go through each blend to see what fits best with your current state of health. Our Honey Spiced Chai is not recommended, as the blend contains high fructose content from the honey. Turmeric tea, Peppermint, Dandelion Chai, Lemongrass and Ginger and Digestive tea may be beneficial for those wishing to support digestive function and gut health.
