About us
Love Tea was founded in Victoria, Australia in 2006 by Naturopathy students Emma Watson and Damien Amos. Emma wanted to create beautiful products that supported health and wellbeing, while Damien was passionate about organics, working directly with growing communities and caring for the planet.
Starting as two university students with a big dream in a small home kitchen, Emma and Damien spent years experimenting with organic teas, aromatic spices and therapeutic herbs before turning their tea obsession into a full-time project. By 2012, the range had grown to more than 20 blends, and the business name changed from Love Chai to Love Tea to reflect the wider range of products on offer.
Today, Love Tea is made up of a small group of dedicated people who share a common purpose of creating something meaningful and contributing positively to the world around us. We continue to evolve, learn and improve, while enjoying the journey we are on together.
