Our Loyalty Program
How does the loyalty program work?
Once you create an account on our website, you will automatically earn points with each purchase. You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend, and for every 100 points you earn, you will receive $5 off your next order, which is the minimum amount you can use at checkout. For example, If you spend $100 on our website, you will receive 100 points and $5 off your next order.
Please note that we have recently transitioned to a new website. Whilst we have made every effort to update each customer account, if you do feel your points are missing please get in touch with the team at info@lovetea.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I earn points?
Signup: 50 Loyalty Points
Place an order: 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 spent
Celebrate a birthday: 100 Loyalty Points
How do I use my points?
You will need to be logged into your Love Tea Community account, which you can do here. Click on the Tea Community button located at the bottom of your screen to view your points balance and history.
Please follow these steps to redeem your points:
- Open your rewards panel by clicking on the Tea Community floating button at the bottom of your screen.
- Click "Ways to redeem"
- Click the "Redeem" button next to your preferred reward.
- Follow the steps to finalise your redemption and click "Redeem."
- You will be issued a single use voucher code to use for your next order with us.
Note: The full voucher value will need to be used in a single redemption, the remaining voucher balance will be void if it isn't all spent in a single transaction.
Will my points expire?
Points will expire one year from when they were issued. You will receive an email from us kindly reminding you when your points are due to expire.
Do I receive any points on my birthday?
Yes, you will receive 100 points (equal to $5 off) on your birthday which will automatically be applied to your account. Kindly note, you will need to include your date of birth in your account details, which you can do here.
How do I know how many points I have?
You can check the status of your points by clicking here.
How many points do I need to accumulate before I can redeem them?
You will need to accumulate 100 points before you are eligible to redeem them for a voucher.
