How it works

1. Create an account

Sign up for free and earn 50 points straight away. No purchase required.

2. Earn points

You'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend either online or at our Love Tea Store. Plus you can earn an extra 150 points for your birthday.



3. Redeem rewards

Once you reach 100 points, redeem them for $5 off and continue to redeem over time.



Redeeming your rewards

Simply log in to your Love Tea account to view your points balance and rewards history.

When you're ready to redeem your rewards:

  1. Log in to your Love Tea account
  2. Click the Love Tea logo icon, which will take you to our home page
  3. Select 'Rewards Program' in the bottom left of the page
  4. Click 'Ways to Redeem'
  5. Choose View
  6. Drag the toggle to choose how many points you want to redeem
  7. A unique coupon code will generate
  8. Click 'apply code', this will automatically apply your coupon at the checkout

*Please note that only 1 rewards coupon can be used per order

Frequently Asked Questions

Points are valid for 12 months from when they were issued. We'll give you a reminder by email before they expire, so you have plenty of time to treat yourself.

Yes, 100 points (equal to $5 off) is the minimum redemption. From there, you can redeem in increments of 100 points.

Vouchers must be used in a single transaction, so we recommend waiting until you have a good sized order ready to go. Any unused balance from that voucher won't carry over.

Yes. Each year on your birthday, 150 points are automatically added to your account, giving you $15 to enjoy on a future purchase. To receive your birthday points, please ensure your birthday has been added to your account details at least 1 month before your birthday. If your birthday has not been entered, we won't be able to send your birthday reward.

  3. Select Rewards Program in the bottom left of the page
  4. Your reward points will be displayed at the top
