We truly love our home planet. We want to look after it and live harmoniously within it. We believe we can be part of the positive change to look after our mother earth, by improving the way we conduct ourselves and operate our businesses while we’re here.
At Love Tea we have a number of certifications, support events and make contributions that reflect our passion for environmental protection.

1% For The Planet
We started in 2012 and have been doing so ever since. We are proud to be one of the first Australian businesses to committed to donating 1% of annual revenues (not profits) to a range of environmental organisations as part of our dedication to 1% for the planet.
One Tree Planted
While understanding, both as a business and as individuals, we have a way to go in reducing our impact on the environment, we wanted to continue to make progress towards this important goal. Since July 2023, with your kind support, we have been proudly partnering with One Tree Planted to contribute to reforestation projects all across the world.
It is our hope that through this shared commitment of planting one tree for every order placed, we can improve biodiversity, reduce carbon, and ultimately reduce the environmental impact on our home planet.
Carbon Neutral
In 2025, we are proud to share our commitment to sustainability. We beggining to actively measure, reduce, and offset our carbon impact across all areas of our business.
We already source 100% of our energy usage from renewable sources, and we are dedicated to continuous improvement in our environmental performance as we work toward achieving net zero emissions.
What are net zero emissions?
Net zero means that a company (or country, or individual) is balancing the amount of greenhouse gases they emit with the amount they remove from the atmosphere, so that the net impact on our planet is zero.
