This is a botanical blend of white tea, delicate flowers and naturally sweet goji berries. Individually hand gathered, white tea is the new young leaves from the camellia sinensis plant. It is renowned for its high antioxidant content, and has less caffeine than green tea. Hibiscus flowers, rose petals, and rose hips bring this beautiful blend to life, offering a clean body, with a light, refreshing flavour.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 65ºc–75ºc and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
Iced Tea
Brew the tea following the brewing instructions above, then chill the brewed tea in the fridge.
Once chilled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, mint or your chosen garnish.
