A revitalising infusion crafted from a selection of organic, lemon scented botanicals, this naturally caffeine free blend combines lemongrass, lemon balm, lemon myrtle and lemon verbena. These refreshing and uplifting herbs have traditionally been used for their antioxidant qualities and to offer support for the digestive and the nervous system. This delicate blend is perfect served hot or chilled on ice with lemon and mint.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
Iced Tea
Brew the tea following the brewing instructions above, then chill the brewed tea in the fridge.
Once chilled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, mint or your chosen garnish.
