This cacao chai offers a blend of traditional chai spices, and fairly traded cacao, from our friends at Loving Earth. The aromatic spices of star anise, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom perfectly compliment cacao, which is rich in antioxidants and magnesium. Offering a smooth and creamy texture, this spicy blend is the perfect combination of chai tea and hot chocolate.
Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
