We source this highly prized, full leaf Assam tea, directly from a fair trade tea estate in North East India. Traditional production methods have been used to ensure each harvest maintains its malty,  delicately sweet, and rich flavour. A full bodied and enriching black tea, that can be enjoyed either with or without milk.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85°C – 95°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
