Operations Coordinator (full-time)
We are seeking a full time Operations Coordinator to join the Love Tea team, in South Geelong, Victoria. A part time opportunity could be considered for the right candidate.
You’ll support the coordination of a wide range of activities across the Love Tea business, including but not limited to purchasing, logistics, reporting and offering the team hands on support during busy periods.
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, have great attention to detail, strong communication and be able to manage competing priorities.

Marketing Coordinator (part-time)
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join the Love Tea team. This is an on-site role, based out of our South Geelong office.
Working in a small business, and directly with the founders, the scope of the role will be broad and is suited to someone who is willing to get involved in all aspects of Marketing, Digital and Creative – from strategy and planning, to development, execution, and analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of the Love Tea brand, a passion for tea and health and be highly organised.

Production Assistant (casual)
Kindly note, we are not actively recruiting for this position. Any applications received will be included in our next recruitment cycle.
We are seeking a casual Production Assistant to join the Love Tea production team based in South Geelong, Victoria.
You’ll be part of our small in-house production team, who spend their day blending and packing our tea. Prior experience is not required and all training will be provided. The position has manual handling requirements and the majority of the day is spent on your feet.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, a willingness to learn and be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
