With the summer season upon us, we welcome a time of vitality, celebration, and connection with nature, one another and ourselves. As the warmer weather entices us outdoors, we welcome more time beneath the sun, in the water and barefoot in the natural world around us.

Often, these warmer days and festive gatherings call for refreshing, chilled beverages. Iced tea offers a tasty option to help keep hydrated while enjoying the many health benefits that tea offers. Many of our favourite blends can be enjoyed iced and we’ve included a selection below for your perusal. Summer is also a season with unique characteristics: long days and warm nights, intense sun, heat and dryness. Depending on your unique constitution, your body will respond differently, and it may be useful to choose a blend based on your Ayurvedic dosha.
