With exceptional taste, served black or with milk, this blend of high grown, quality camellia tea is our choice for a premium black tea. Utilising high quality leaf tea grown in the Uva province of Sri Lanka and the Assam region of India this blend is fairly traded with local growers. It offers a delicate balance of sweet muscatel body with a fresh and enlivening finish, making this the perfect breakfast tea.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85°C – 95°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
