Handpicked in the Himalayan region of Northern India, from high-altitude tea gardens, this first flush tea is harvested early on in spring, capturing the plant’s first growth after winter dormancy. This new harvest tea is vibrant, rich in amino acids and antioxidants, resulting in a smooth, subtly sweet flavour. The delicate floral notes and the signature muscatel finish defines this premium Darjeeling tea. Its refined character makes it a favourite among tea lovers. 

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85°C and allow to infuse for 2 – 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
