Welcoming Nourish Tea

A return to simple nourishment

Nourish Tea is a gentle invitation to return to the simplicity of nature.

In a world of endless wellness trends, quick fixes and increasingly complex ways to care for ourselves, Nourish Tea is a reminder that nourishment doesn’t need to be complicated.

Inspired by herbal medicine and the natural world, this thoughtfully considered blend brings together eight certified organic botanicals, carefully selected by our naturopath to gently nourish and support the nervous and digestive systems.

At its heart, Nourish is about slowing down, reconnecting with nature and returning to simple, everyday moments of care.

What is the intention of Nourish Tea?

Our naturopath set out to create a gentle, grounding and balancing herbal blend that could become a simple part of everyday wellbeing.

Nourish Tea brings together a considered selection of herbs that have traditionally been used to support and nourish the nervous system, and the digestive system.

Nourish Tea was designed to become part of your everyday ritual, as a gentle, supportive blend, to nurture, balance and nourish.

What are the ingredients in Nourish Tea, and why were they chosen?

Eight certified organic botanicals were carefully selected for this blend, for the unique qualities they bring to the blend.

Withania, also known as ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb used to help the body adapt to stress, support the nervous system and help promote calm. It gives Nourish Tea its grounding, supportive foundation, helping balance the mind and body.

Lavender is traditionally used to reduce nervous tension, restlessness and mild anxiety, and to support relaxation. Lavender was selected to bring a quieter element to Nourish Tea, supporting the nervous system while encouraging a greater sense of calm.

Chamomile is traditionally used to help calm the nervous system, promote relaxation and support the digestive system. Chamomile was selected its traditioanl use in bridging wellbeing of the nervous system and digestive system.

Nettle Leaf naturally containing a broad range of vitamins, minerals and plant compounds, nettle has long been used as a nutritive herbal tonic. It sits at the heart of Nourish Teas philosophy: using plants to gently replenish and nourish the body.

Ginger is a warming root which has traditionally been used to help reduce nausea, support digestive function and support healthy circulation. Its naturally warming qualities provide gentle stimulation and comfort.

Licorice Root has been used for centuries, to help support the adrenal glands, digestive system and the stress response. Selected for its gentle, grounding, and restorative properties, while its natural sweetness helps round out the more earthy botanicals.

Spearmint is traditionally used to help relieve digestive discomfort, including bloating, cramping and indigestion. Spearmint offers gentle digestive support, while its fresh character lifts this blend.

Hibiscus has traditionally been used for its high antioxidant and polyphenol content, and to support healthy blood pressure, alongside its naturally vibrant ruby colour and tart freshness.

Together, these botanicals form a considered herbal blend designed to gently nurture, balance and nourish.

How does Nourish Tea support the nervous system?

Nervous system nourishment sits at the heart of the blend.

Withania, chamomile and lavender have traditionally been used to help support the nervous system. Withania offers adaptogenic properties and has long been used as a nervine tonic, traditionally associated with supporting resilience to stress, while chamomile and lavender are valued for their gentle nervous system support and calming qualities.

Rather than being designed for moments of heightened stress, Nourish Tea is about caring for and nourishing the nervous system as part of our general, everyday wellbeing.

Who is Nourish Tea for?

Nourish Tea was thoughtfully created for those looking to introduce a gentle, calming wellness blend into their day.

It may particularly appeal to those interested in caring for their nervous system as part of their general wellbeing, or anyone looking to bring in a daily ritual, focussed around a grounding, balancing and caffeine-free herbal blend, that can be enjoyed throughout the day.

This blend wasn’t designed to add another complicated wellness practice. It is simply a considered way to bring a little more nourishment into the everyday.

What is the difference between Nourish Tea, Calming Tea, Sleep Tea and Adaptogen Tea?

While these blends contain herbs traditionally associated with nervous system support, they have been created with different intentions.

Nourish Tea is a gentle, everyday wellness blend for those interested in nourishing and caring for their nervous system, as part of general wellbeing.

For those experiencing a particularly stressful period and specifically seeking herbs traditionally associated with stress support, our Adaptogen Tea may be more aligned.

For a soft, gentle blend, perfect for anytime of day with hints of Chamomile and lavender, our Calming Tea would be a great option.

For those suffering from insomnia, sleep disturbance, poor sleep quality, or fatigue, our Sleep Tea is based on herbs which have traditionally been used to help support healthy, quality sleep.

What does Nourish Tea taste like?

Nourish is earthy, refreshing and gently warming, with a layered botanical flavour.

Withania and nettle leaf create a grounding base, balanced by fresh spearmint, warming Ginger and the natural sweetness of licorice root. Hibiscus brings a subtly tart tone, while chamomile and lavender add lighter, more delicate floral notes.

The result is a balanced herbal blend, thoughtfully designed to add nourishment throughout the day.

When should I drink Nourish Tea, and is there anything I should know?

There is no set time for Nourish Tea to be enjoyed. As a naturally caffeine-free blend, it can be enjoyed at any time of day, whether as a grounding start to the morning, a quiet pause in the afternoon, or a gentle cup as you slow down in the evening.

As everyone has a unique state of health, we generally recommend starting with 1–2 cups per day.

Nourish Tea contains licorice root, which is not recommended for those who are pregnant or who suffer from hypertension. If you are unsure whether Nourish Tea is suitable for you, we recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner.
