Why did we create Olive Leaf and Mint tea?
In line with our mission, of creating wellness focused products to support people on their wellness journey, we wanted to make all the wonderful benefits of olive leaf tea more accessible to those looking for support with immune health, hypertension, cardiovascular health and general wellbeing.

Researchers studying the antioxidant capacity of 55 medicinal herbs found olive leaf had the highest free radical scavenging activity (antioxidants) of all herbs studied, more than twice that of Camellia Sinensis (Tea) and Silybum marianum (Milk thistle)

What is it used for?
Often enjoyed through the winter months, when the immune system is most challenged, olive leaf is traditionally used to support the respiratory system, immune system and to support general wellbeing. It has very high antioxidant levels and is a great caffeine free alternative to other antioxidant rich teas, such as Camelia Sinensis; green tea or white tea. Evidence suggests it may also potentially support healthy cardiovascular function and general heart health, and it has traditionally been used to help maintain normal blood pressure and help reduce inflammation.
