Terms & Conditions

• Individuals who join the Love Tea Community agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
• Love Tea reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.
• Rewards can only be redeemed once.
• Customers must spend over $60 AUD in one transaction to redeem their points.
• A maximum of $5 discount can be used on any single transaction.
• Love Tea gifts expire in 180 days.
• Love Tea will not exchange gifts for cash.
• Love Tea gifts can only be redeemed on the Australian Love Tea retail website www.lovetea.com.au.
• If you return any of the items purchased with a Love Tea gift, the discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
• Points will not be backdated and will commence from a date decided by Love Tea.
