PRODUCTION TEAM MEMEBER (3-4 DAYS)

At Love Tea, we spend a great deal of time and care making sure our products are presented looking and tasting the absolute best they can. We blend and pack each of our products with care, and currently we have an opening for the right person to join our production and warehouse team. We’re after a team player who can bring a strong work ethic and an adaptable approach to assist our current production team. We’re excited to make Love Tea a global business and we’re driven to make it a leader in the world of tea, so having your standards set high for how our production runs will mean we’re all on the same page.

As part of the production team, you’ll be required to follow our production process, hit daily production targets and maintain a positive and happy working environment. You’ll report directly to the business owners and be responsible for assisting in picking, packing and shipping orders each day.

As we are a small team, you may be required to work on your own at times and there will be general warehouse duties. There will also be some administration required to successfully complete your role, so you’ll need to have a basic understanding of how to use microsoft word and excel.

DIGITAL MARKETING + DESIGN SPECIALIST

At Love Tea, we spend a great deal of time making sure our products are presented looking the absolute best they can and that our customers can easily connect with us online. Our current designer is leaving as she starts a family, so we are after a fresh set of eyes and some new inspiration. We’re after a team player who can bring a strong design sense and adaptable approach to take our online presence to the next step on its journey. We’re excited to make Love Tea a global business, and we’re driven to make it accessible to people in a range of new regions, so having your sights set high for the potential of the brand will mean we’re all on the same page.

You’ll bring in a whole set of new ideas and be given the freedom to explore their potential. You’ll report directly to the business owners and be responsible for generating and scheduling all social and EDM content. You will also be generating and maintaining all POS, print material and packaging content, so a knowledge of RGB vs CMYK, finished artwork and supplying high resolution files to printers is important. As we are a small team, you will be required to work on your own at times and there will be some administrative duties where you will be responding to customer queries via social, email and phone. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all of our products are presented in the best possible way digitally – this will include being handy with an SLR, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, are comfortable on a MAC, and you will need to have had experience with e-commerce. If you’re familiar with WordPress, that’s a bonus.
