Marketing and Administration

About the role

At Love Tea, we truly care about what we do. We spend a great deal of time making sure our brand is presented the best it can across digital platforms and that our customers can easily connect with us online or over the phone. As part of the small office team we have currently, we’re after a team player who can bring an efficient, organised and adaptable approach to keeping all of our marketing and office operations running smoothly. We’re excited to make Love Tea a global business, and we’re driven to make it accessible to people in all corners of the globe, so having your sights set high for the potential of the brand and what we are aiming to achieve will mean we’re all on the same page.

You may bring in a whole set of new ideas on how we can make day to day run smoothly and be given the freedom to explore their potential. You’ll work directly with the business owners, marketing, sales and production teams and be responsible for keeping us all organised and on track. As we are a small team, you will be required to work on your own at times. There will be a large amount of administration tasks where you will be responding to customer queries via email and phone, entering orders, accounts follow up, updating our websites and everything in between. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we are running a tight ship in all aspects of administration, this may include being well-versed with mac, word, excel and cloud based apps, and you will need to have had experience with ecommerce in some capacity. If you’re familiar with woocommerce and Xero, that’s a real bonus.

Location and hours

This role is casual / part time and currently based in our South Geelong warehouse / office.
Ideally we are looking for someone to join us 2-3 days per week, however, we’re flexible with working hours and happy to accommodate personal commitments for the right person.
