Production Assistant (casual)

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join the Love Tea production team based in South Geelong, Victoria. This is a casual position of 3-4 days per week, based on-site in our South Geelong warehouse.
You will be part of our small in-house production team, who spend their day blending and packing our tea. Prior experience is not required and all training will be provided. The position has manual handling requirements and the majority of the day is spent on your feet.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, a willingness to learn and be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.

Retail Assistant (part time)
We are looking for a passionate Retail Assistant to join the Love Tea team. This role is a part-time position, working from Wednesday to Saturday (22 hrs per week), with a start date of early January 2027.
You will be an advocate for Love Tea and our products, provide a high level of customer service and work collaboratively with head office and other retail staff to ensure smooth daily running of the store.
Preferred candidates will have an interest in tea, previous retail experience and would feel comfortable regularly working alone in store.
