Herbs in this blend, including cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, have traditionally been used to support healthy digestive function, aid detoxification and improve circulation. Naturally caffeine free, this is a warming, invigorating and grounding chai, which can be enjoyed anytime of the day.

Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
