Product Description

This high grown, premium Ceylon tea offers a truly exceptional taste profile, with delicately sweet notes, a smooth muscatel body, and an enlivening finish. Fairly traded with the local growing community in the Uva province of Sri Lanka, this tea offers a more subtle and refined flavour than a traditional English Breakfast tea. A perfect breakfast or afternoon tea, which is best served black but can also be taken with milk if desired.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85ºc–95ºc and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
