LOVE TEA 2019 Welcome Summer Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Participating in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

Eligibility
3. The Promotion is open to Australian residents. The prize will be distributed by each of the brands involved.

Entry
4. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 12th November 2019 at 5:30pm AEDT and closes on Friday 22nd November 2019 at 5:00:00pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter the Promotion, entrants must follow Love Tea Official, Woohoo Body, Hanako Therapy, Happy Skincare and Well Made Clothes (brands) on Instagram, and follow the steps outlined on the Instagram post, including tagging 3 friends in the post and providing information by following a link to a competition landing page.
6. Entries in any other form are not permitted.
7. Entrants are permitted to enter once.
8. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
9. Entries must be submitted in the English language only.
10. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter at its absolute discretion the Promotional Period.

Instagram
12. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Love Tea Official.
13. Entrants acknowledge that any information they provide in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
14. Entrants release Instagram and its associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.

Entry content
15. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
a. Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
b. Any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate;
c. Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process
16. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
17. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.

Determining and notifying the winners
18. There will be one prize winner.
19. The winner of the Promotion will be announced on Monday 25th November 2019 by 23:58pm AEST on via Love Tea social media channels.
20. The prizewinner will be selected at random.
21. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
22. Entrants consent to have their names and entries posted to the Love Tea Instagram page, and the other brands Instagram pages if they win.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish entrants’ names and entries to the Love Tea Australia Instagram page.
24. The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram on Monday 25th November 2019.
25. Once notified, the winner agrees to respond in a timely manner with acknowledgement of winning.
26. If the winner has not responded by 5PM AEST Wednesday 28th November 2019, they will forfeit prize and Love Tea reserves the right to not draw a runner up.

Prizes and claiming prizes
27. There is one prize to be won. The prize is product or a voucher to the value of approximately $150 from each of the brands taking part in the competition.
28. After the competition is complete, the Promoters are responsible for distributing the prize. Love Tea will not take any responsibility where the prize has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way, during transit or delivery.
29. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
30. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
31. It is up to the winner to monitor the duration of the prize period.

General
32. Employees and Directors of Love Tea or agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following:
a. Spouse
b. Ex-spouse
c. De-facto spouse
d. Child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
e. Parent
f. Step-parent
g. Grandparent
h. Step-grandparent
i. Uncle
j. Aunt
k. Niece
l. Nephew
m. Brother
n. Sister
o. Sister-in-law
p. Brother-in-law
q. Parent-in-law
r. Step-sister
s. Step-brother
t. First cousin
33. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
34. The Promoters may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
a. For any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned
b. If the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected.
c. If the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside Love Tea control subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.
35. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, replica vintage watches claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect results of the entrants participation in the promotion.
36. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoters.
a. The Promoters collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes.
b. The Promoters may use this information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services.
c. The Promoters may also use this information to contact entrants with newsletters from the Promoters.
47. All data collected will be handled as stated in Love Tea’s privacy policy. Policy lovetea.com.au/privacy-policy/ which is in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
