This delicate blend offers a delightful variation to traditional breakfast tea. Fair trade, single origin Ceylon black tea, is perfectly complemented by aromatic flowers and sweet spices. Each ingredient has been blended by hand, in small batches, to ensure a well rounded and balanced infusion. Earthy cinnamon and soft rose, offer a delicate and slightly floral flavour, in a unique twist on a traditional classic.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
