This tea can be brewed in a tea pot, or a cup. Place 3–5 pearls into a cup. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 2–3 minutes. The pearls will gently unfold in the bottom of the cup. Leave or remove the tea and serve.
