What is the caffeine content in tea?
The exact quantity of caffeine in each type of tea varies depending on multiple variables, including growing methods, location, the quantity used, time it's brewed for and water temperature.
To assist you in making an informed decision about your caffeine intake, we have put together a list of our camellia sinensis teas and their approximate caffeine content:
Black Tea: 60-90mg
Oolong Tea: 50-75 mg
Green Tea (including Matcha): 35—70mg
White Tea: 10-55 mg
