Vanilla chai is a smooth and sweet alternative to traditional chai tea blends. It is a well rounded blend that can be made as a chai or a traditional tea. Using a combination of both rooibos and black tea as a base, and with less of the dominating spice flavours present in traditional chai blends, our vanilla chai offers more of the smooth, nutty and sweet flavours of rooibos, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
