Also know as Longjing, dragonwell tea is one of the most prestigious varieties of green tea in Asia. Grown in the west lake area of Zhejiang province, China, this tea is harvested in early spring each year. Produced by hand, it is a lightly oxidized and delicate tea that has a distinctive flat appearance. Light pale green in appearance, this tea offers a smooth and balanced flavour that is light, punchy and vegetal. This product is 70g. Loose leaf pouch.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser, add filtered water at 70ºc-80ºc and allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes, strain the tea and serve.
This tea can be steeped multiple times.
