This high grown, premium Ceylon tea, which can be served black or with milk, offers an exceptional taste profile. Grown in the Uva province of Sri Lanka and fairly traded with the local growing community, this tea offers a more subtle flavour than a traditional English Breakfast tea. This Ceylon tea has a muscatel body, with a delicately sweet, fresh and enlivening finish, making it a perfect breakfast or afternoon tea.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85ºc–95ºc and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
